- Substantially linear polymer, i.e., polyethene with notable numbers of short branches commonly formed by copolymerization of ethylene with longer-chain olefins. It is used for plastic sheets and bags, plastic wraps and stretch wraps, toys, lids, pouches, buckets and containers, pipes and covering of cables.
