Gasoline

It is gas or petrol, a mixture of volatile flammable liquid hydrocarbons from petroleum & used as fuel for internal combustion engines; it is also used as a solvent for fats and oils. It is a byproduct of petroleum. Gasoline is the preferred automobile fuel because of its high energy of combustion and capacity to mix with air in the carburettor. Its characteristics depend on the type of crude oil.
